Alan is the founder and Creative Director of W Creative. He leads the creative vision for all client work and has more than 25 years of experience with national and international clients in branding, corporate identity, logo design, website design, packaging, print, and retail/environmental graphics. Alan brings a hands-on and open approach to creative problem solving that fosters a high level of collaboration and focus. His breadth of experience and approachable style delivers results for clients. Alan’s strength is his ability to solve complex problems with simple, resonating solutions.
Beth, the founder of Oxygen Consulting, a partner to W Creative, has 15 years of experience in Project and Account Management, Marketing, and Digital Integration. Beth has managed projects for a wide range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners. She earned her BA in International Business and French from the University of St. Thomas and a Master’s Degree in Business and Community Leadership from Hamline University. Oxygen Consulting is accredited by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
Jason Brauer is founder of Brauer Design Company, a partner to W Creative, and is a Creative Director with more than eight years of experience. Jason brings a unique perspective by having experience on both the agency and corporate side of the story and understands how to get at the core of what is important to clients. From the details of brand identity creation to overall design vision, he believes the creative world should be seen not as a necessary evil but as an investment to building thriving brands.
Karen is a graphic designer and illustrator at W Creative. She has more than 7 years of professional experience working on everything from designing handbags to magazines to beer flights, and her fine art pieces have been displayed in art galleries locally and in California. She has always been interested in color theory—how color can be brought into a project to make it that much better. With all this creative background, Karen brings a fresh perspective to solving problems.
Rosemary is an Editor, Copyeditor, and Proofreader, and relishes her passion of working with words. With more than 25 years of experience molding, shaping, and perfecting copy, she also takes on writing copy on special occasions. Rosie, as she is called by the team, takes a special interest in helping clients set up standards and rules to establish consistency throughout all their communication efforts. Be it online or in print, she has worked with clients nationally and her work has been read internationally. Rosie’s passion is creating concise and relevant text that conveys a clear message.
